I haven't yet made a full commitment to this project. So far, compiling all of my 5 years of research of auto gyros into a portfolio and setting up a spread sheet of materials and local prices is all I have accomplished at this point. Until I sell my SEA DOO jet boat for the cash to start out with I don't intend to be in a big hurry.

After selling the boat I ran into an expensive repair on my truck and was unable to devote the extra cash for this project. However, I have been rummaging around for simple and cheap parts such as the landing gear. I hope to come back to this project around spring time. Until then I will be trying my luck at creating the most efficient workspace in my barn.

Enough of this waiting crap! I bought my house and soon I will get my first time home buyers return. I'm making my final materials list and hopefully not too far after, I'll start the machining early spring when my barn won't be too cold to work in or too expensive to heat.
